Supporting the manufacturing facilities and operation teams on daily operations and short term

projects to maximize the process uptime, reliability and capacity utilization.

Research on all the reaction tanks level report, analysis all of the data past few years, and

redesign the high-high alarm system depends on different process which will avoid tank

ruptures and other critical issues that can save at least $500,000.

Research on improvement method for specific process to increase the capacity of the

production, ex. Introduced a 20% higher CL2 pressure on one of our process which can increase

10% yield within the same time cycle.

Evaluation on instruments status, designing and sizing new instruments depends on specific

process. Ex, replaced an oversized heat exchanger to avoid energy loose.

Work closed with the environment department, make changes to the vent system by adding

isolation valves and flow meters which will be helpful to environment group.

Scope out and finished several small projects which can make the operators life easier such as

introduce the wireless technology to safety showers, add more gauges to save the investigation

time, etc.
