Process Operator

Duties include oversee the operation of the plant to ensure efficiency. Oversee production in

accordance to the policies of supervisors. Review and implement safety protocols. Make sure the plant is

functioning properly,by using a number of monitors, gauges, preasure transmitters, level transmitters,

tempture probes, flow meters, speed indicators, and other chemical plant instramentation. This allows me

to identify potential hazards like to much pressure in a tank or reactor or to much heat. Resolve problems

as soon as possible to maintain production goals. Maintenance duties include but are not limited to:

cleaning process vent lines, changeing gas sampling filters, changing baghouse socks, cleaning process

tanks vessels, changing waste super sacks, dump glass containers with fork truck, change broken or not

working plant instruments. Insure all safety equipment is in working condition,safety showers,fire

extiquishers, scba's, co monitors, lel monirors, toxic gas monitors. Allways wear the right personal

protective equipment for the job at hand.
