Served as a QA Tester for Citigroup working on multiple projects across

various business lines listed below. Concierge is the retail banking branch

application. It is developed using PeopleSoft CRM.

Responsibilities:

. This system communicates with backend applications like GCIF and TPS.

. GCIF brings up non-financial data and TPS financial data of the customer.

. Concierge also talks to many other applications such as NBS, CITISMART,

CWS.

. Analyzed the business flow of the application under test from functional

specifications and interaction specifications.

. Designed scenarios based on the business logic to create test cases.

. Test Case Reviews and Test case Execution.

. Test management and updating results in Quality Center.

. Defect and Issues Reporting.

Project: FAB (IBM Emulator)

Data conversion, the accounts of the First American Bank is converted into

Citibank accts.

Responsibilities:

. The demographics are checked to make sure all the data is reflected in

the new systems.

. Statements are generated using the statement viewing facility.

. Updated the MIS on daily basis.

. Tested ETL mappings and sessions based on the requirements to load data

from flat files

Project: 1099/1098

IRS requires on a basis 1099/1098 interest reporting for all interest

bearing accounts from all financial institutes including Citibank

This project is the yearly UAT whereby test forms are generated, reviewed

and certified prior to mailing. Special attention will be given to those

clients as NRA's with individual tax ID number as specific text will be

displayed on applicable forms accordingly.

. The 1098/1099 forms were retrieved and financial/non-financial

information was verified using a system called SVF (statement viewing

facility).

. Executed test scripts, reported bugs and retested after fix.

Project: Nationwide

. Duplicate accounts were eliminated by implementing this project in

Citibank throughout United States of America. All the account types (CAS,

TIPS & SI) were involved.

. This project deals with the expansion of the branch field, expense code

and account no fields. The data is validated in all the applications

effected.

This system is developed in Servest, JSP and Oracle. Data is transferred

via secured socket layer using 128 to 256 bit encryption. The credit card

information is verified by third party like Revising before the bank

transaction is completed.

Responsibilities:

. Involved in the execution and reviewing of the scripts in UAT environment

. Tested in various browsers like Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator and

Mac.

. The compatibility issues were taken care of like some of the images were

not displayed the way it has to be in some browsers thus a standard is

maintained.

. The system is also tested in all the environments like DSL and dial up

connection.

. Executed the test scripts and reported the bugs.
