Assistant Women's Hockey Coach/Summer Program Director, Cornell

Assisted in the transformation of the Cornell Women's Ice Hockey team
by recruiting high-caliber international prospects and developed
current team by developing on-ice and off-ice conditioning, while also
coordinating all arrangements for road trips and away games. Acted as
liaison between Cornell players and Youth Hockey Organization in
Ithaca, established relations with equipment company representatives,
and was able to increase alumni relationships to aid in building
hockey program through benefit events and phone-a-thons. Fundraising
efforts increased contributions to $70,000 over the previous year's
$45,000. Created ad Directed both women's and girl's summer ice hockey
programs, including hiring, training, and managing a staff of 12 and
also instructed and developed all on and off-ice activities.
