Duties Responsibilities and Accomplishments:
As Driver, Semi-Tractor Trailer (OTR), maintaining daily DOT logs written and/or electronic (Qualcomm).
Submit all required reports and documentation in a timely manner. Regularly communicate with dispatch,
management and customers using text messaging, email, phones and Qualcomm messaging. Retain valid proof of
insurance, registration, permits and tax certificates in the vehicle at all times in compliance with state and federal
regulations. Inspect the truck and all attached equipment for defects and safe operating condition before, during
and after trips. Participate in on-line and classroom courses for driver safety and performance related training.
I regularly operate a tractor-trailer in urban, suburban and rural environments and in all types of weather
conditions, including mud, ice and snow. (At times requiring the use of tire chains) 2,700-3,200 miles driven
weekly, including periods of mountain driving most days. Most frequently pulling a reefer and sometimes a dry
van in either a two axle or three axle configuration.

drafted a revision to the Cities nuisance ordinance, which was passed into law. I also managed a very successful
Weed Control Program, including supervision of eight seasonal employees. Trained personnel in the operation
