Project #1 - REO University

Project Title REOU (Real Estate Owned University)

Description This is an Online University application for Real Estate.

The objective of University of Real Estate information system

is to obtain real estate agents. It contains five phases:

PHASE I - Online University - It contains two portals such as

Back End (Administration) and Front End (Students, Guests).

PHASE II - Certification - It involves creating a

certification system that will certify students as they

complete courses on the portal.

PHASE III - Geo-Spatial Integration and Marketing - It

involves integrating a geo-spatial view in the solution so

that end-users can search the portal for certified REO

specialists as well as categories of registered users.

PHASE IV - Online Marketing - Administrators will have the

option to publish featured courses or special deals on

social-media features such as Twitter, Facebook.

PHASE V - Affiliate Marketing Module -It involves creating an

affiliate marketing network within the portal so that

affiliates can register and promote the courses for sale

across multiple networks.

Project #2 - WinREO

Project Title WinREO - Web application

Description This is a task-based real estate management system that

allows users to assign and complete tasks. Tasks have been

created for the different phases of traditional real estate

sale as well as REO processes. Tasks are automatically

generated by the system at different phases of the process.

Tasks can also be assigned to any user that has been

registered into the system by the Administrator, and each

task can be given a due date.

Roles & Project scheduling.

Responsibilities System requirement collection and analysis.

Database designing & programming.
