members in the safe and timely manufacturing and batch production of glyphosate, amine and ester
herbicides, and granular limestone products. Unit operations consisted of all batch reactions ranging
from simple blends to complex inorganic and organic reactions.
• Prepared batch formulation orders and production schedules, ordered raw materials and made
adjustments to products according to physical and chemical specifications.
• Scheduled and supervised the complete production process and filling of products to drums, totes,
storage tanks, tank wagons and railcars in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborated with other staff groups, maintenance, esterification, formulation, process and
project engineering departments to coordinate plant-wide activities.
