functional/non-carbonated beverages. DPS serves consumers throughout North

America via a broad and flexible route to market. This includes a

combination of direct store delivery and warehouse delivery capabilities

supported by our 23 manufacturing centers, more than 200 distribution

centers and approximately 20,000 employees across North America, in

addition to the operations of hundreds of third-party bottlers and

distributors. Cadbury Schweppes had over 45,000 employees working across

the business in over 60 countries.

. Oversee all aspects of recruitment activities pertaining to IT, Supply

Chain, R&D, Finance, Customer Solutions and Legal (full time and contract

positions).

. Successfully placed candidates in critical positions in a high pace

project environment for IT.

. Managed all aspects of recruitment activities pertaining to IT

contractors for projects resulting in 100% success in talent delivery in

. Managed contract validation and sign off for all staff augmentation and

fixed price contracts which resulted in 100% compliance.

. Represented HR with the IT PMO to develop and rolled out a new and

improved HP PPM Project Management/Portfolio management process. This

included the new recruitment lifecycle for all IT contractors resulting

in a faster on boarding experience.

. Trained all Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Portfolio Directors

and Business Partners on the new IT recruitment process and the directive

to avoid using staffing firms.

. SME for resource management utilizing PPM for all of IT.

. Managed the new IT preferred vendor relationships and negotiated pay

rolling fees for all the independent contractors recruited through our

newly introduced model. This also provided protection for potential co-

employment issues.

. Managed Global Partners in regards to resource management and compliance.

. Met with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and priorities,

maintain constant communication regarding search progress, challenges,

candidate viability, etc.

. Presented regularly at the IT Executive leadership meeting on resourcing

. SME for Six Sigma Project which resulted in a more streamlined PR/PO

process for Vendors.
