Historically: My two previous employers were D&J Properties and Muggee

Management and with 10 years in H.O.A. Management, my work experience

covers all areas of H.O.A. management. My responsibilities included

oversight of both full service and financial only service accounts. When

in 2005 Muggee Management opened a branch office in Pasadena I was given

responsibility to establish, develop and oversee the creation of a branch

office in Pasadena. Under my responsibility the office served as the

primary customer contact as well as field representative for approximately

75% of the cliental until the company downsized office staff and closed the

branch in 2008. While at D&J Properties from 1998 through 2003 my

responsibilities covered Customer Service, Administration, Property

Management and Maintenance Supervisor. In addition I was the after hours

emergency supervisor and promoted to Maintenance supervisor responsible for

oversight and scheduling of the in-house maintenance department.

Currently: To expand my understanding of building maintenance in 2007 I

enrolled and completed an accredited course in Property/Home Inspection and

combined with 5-8 years of field experience am seeking a position within,

but not limited to, Property Management as a "Facilities" Manager focusing

on day to day maintenance and special project oversight. Due to my

Manager's background I have experience interacting with a broad range of

contractors and City building inspectors. I am well acquainted with bid

analysis and comparison while keeping budgetary concerns in focus. I am
