2009

. Designed and implemented an ISO-9001 registered business system that

never had a single non-conformity for the duration of their U.L

registration

. Served as Quality Champion for three separate ISO-9001 registrations

within Chrysler's Advance Manufacturing Engineering Division

. Developed new and innovative manufacturing and business metrics that

clearly showed performance trends and issues that were not previously

visible using existing traditional performance indicators

. Reduced unnecessary and non-value added quality systems documentation by

as much as 80%

. Performed process and value-stream mapping and redesigned major processes
