Reported to President and CEO. Responsible for operations and financial
results for various ICDC subsidiaries. Assisted CEO on final sale and
disposal of corporation assets such as subsidiaries, land inventory,
accounts receivables and fixed assets.
. Coordinated the due diligence process for the successful sale of $20
million land receivable portfolio.
. Successfully negotiated and coordinated the due diligence process and
sale of time-share inventory of $ 1 million, the Palm Coast Home Realty
Corp. and the Property Management.
DIRECTOR, CUSTOMER ADMINISTRATION (1984-1996)
Reported to Executive Vice President of Operations and Marketing Services.
Managed 3 direct staff with 24 employees and departmental budget of $1.2
million. Major responsibilities included contracts processing, lot
inventory, allocation and pricing, and customer relations. Carried out
policies to maintain company's positive public image. Coordinated with
marketing and sales to implement and support corporate goals and
objectives. Managed and collected over 35,000 land and time-share
installment receivables with balances exceeding $60 million.
. Saved the corporation an estimated $5 - $10 million by successfully
avoiding expensive class action litigation.
. Spearheaded the creation of a "nonprofit corporation" that managed and
maintained the surface water collection and drainage system in Palm Coast.
