• Worked closely with sales/marketing and production people to sequence the tooling and inventory build for many
new products, and to accurately establish reasonable release dates.

Divided and absorbed the purchasing function. The consolidation effort eliminated two inventory managers, two senior buyers,
and two clerical people with no interruption in planning performance.
