• Implemented MAS200 and DATATEX.

Increased raw material inventory accuracy to 99% by centralizing and monitoring inventory transactions.

• Led an AGILITY team to increase the efficiency of the finishing department.

Produced a 15% gain in efficiency resulting in increased output of 50,000 yards per day (12 million yards per year).

and two clerical people with no interruption in planning performance.
