Chief Financial Officer / Financial Controller

As one-person department reporting to the President delivered all

accounting, finance and human resource functions for this designer,

developer and licenser of electronic games software with peak revenues of

$7M and 40 employees. Accounted for royalties, software development

revenues, development project costs. Acted as liaison with auditors,

investors, attorneys and valuation analysts. Directly completed all

accounting, disbursement and receivable functions, and administered

employee benefit programs.

US CANCER CARE -- Hayward, California 1999 - 2000

Controller

Directed team of seven that provided general accounting services for a

group of radiation oncology centers with annual revenues $20M.

Strengthened financial controls by developing and implementing new

accounting procedures thus allowing integration new entities merged and

acquired at reduced overhead.

UNITED ELITE INSURANCE COMPANY -- San Ramon, California 1998

Chief Financial Officer / Vice President

Established initial financial operations for start-up insurance company.

This included preparation of forecasts for use both internally and by

coordinated with parent and acquiring company.

provided services including: recording of premiums and losses, investments,

reinsurance, and loss development; general ledger reconciliation and

maintenance and subsidiary consolidation; preparation of annual and

quarterly financial statements; reports to rating and evaluation

organizations; and filings required by federal and multi-state government

agencies, including the SEC and the NAIC.
