OBJECTIVE:

My name is Dave Perrigo. I work for Syman Erosion Control Services as a

Stormwater Inspector, SWPPP Designer, Project Manager and occasionally

installations of BMPs. The majority of my time is spent as a SWPPP, Erosion

& Sediment Plan Designer. I am looking for a position in the construction

environmental compliance, storm water/ erosion and sediment control

industry, which I have been working in for the past two (2) years. In

addition to the storm water/ erosion and sediment control industry, I also

have construction, heavy equipment and drain inlet maintenance experience.

I believe with my experience I have a better understanding of what is

expected and what can be accomplished on a project. I have attended

multiple outreaches and public hearings in the past 6 months in order to

educate myself on the new EPA Construction general permit. I have

Dave has been in the Stormwater Management/ Environmental Compliance, and

the construction industry for over 13 years (for both public and private

sectors). He has a wide range of experience in the public/ private sector

of stormwater management/ environmental compliance and the construction

industry, some examples included in the following: strong communication

skills, report writing, implementation and maintenance of site specific

best management practices, scheduling, review and designing SWPPP Plans,

knowledge of state and local regulations and support and guidance. The most

recent project being the Black Canyon to Sand Hollow (ITD Project) in

Caldwell, ID. He is skilled at implementing policies and procedures and is

experienced in resolving sensitive project issues or concerns. Dave

local and state regulations. Write Informational, Notice of Correction and

Notice of Non-Compliance reports. Perform inspections on all Best

Management Practices (BMPs) sediment & erosion controls, separators & storm

vaults, outfalls and water sampling. Attend daily, weekly and quarterly

meetings. Track and update all data. Reviewed SWPPP plans and all other

storm water documentation.
