Senior Lead Business Analyst
Performed and coordinated as a lead level resource in the management of projects to redesign the client's
Medicare and Financial Services processes. Responsibilities include gathering business knowledge via
interview meetings with key business stakeholders and converting into documentation containing use
cases and process diagrams. Other responsibilities included the identification of process opportunities that
improved efficiency and reduced costs.
Results were documentation that was used to satisfy client and government audit requirements, as well as,
used by the QA test team to create test scripts.

client's web based loyalty marketing programs. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements

Business Analyst, FRD and Operating Model
Responsible for new project work managed by the FRD Project Teams and assigned to FRD Business
Process Improvement (BPI) Team. These projects adhere to the PLC guidelines and include the
understanding and active participation during each phase of requirements, design, build, testing, training,
etc. Specific deliverables included, but not limited to ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ Visio flowcharts, Instance of
Change (IOC) document, detailed procedure document(s) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) and their
presentation to LOB customers on an as needed basis. Responsible for the maintenance and distribution
of all Financial Reference Data Dimensions (Legal Entity/Company, Cost Center, Account, Financial
Product, etc.) and its' related hierarchies. Responsible for analyzing the change management impact of
these process improvement initiatives. Developed business requirements for business process changes
that complement technology solutions.
Results were revised business processes; documented business and operating procedures; development of
control metrics and scorecards to support sustainability of these process improvements; and the

Led special project efforts to start-up and initiate a process design software package (MEGA
International) for improved business process modeling supporting Rational Unified Process (RUP) and
use case analysis/design methods for a new eSales and Services division. Created prototype business
models and related business objects using a BPM tool with UML and OOD for a new AT&T eSales and
Services organization. Generated XML process model output for transfer to the AT&T Corporate Process
Organization. Supported the generation of XML schemas that translated customer billing data into
AT&T back office billing data. Created 50+ business process flows in a process design software package
(MEGA International). The integrated process flows were used to identify process improvements and
support training of new team members. Several improvements were identified and implemented with full
management support.
Developed requirements for a Change Request web application to support a process for users to request
process changes. Created a Governance Model that contained rules and requirements for making future
changes to the baseline process model.
Results were the reduction in process cycle time and a sustainable business model.

capture integration points and validate user requirements to support testing and training.
