other construction documents to prepare time, cost,

materials and labor estimates for bidding

construction projects, applying knowledge of

specialized methodologies, techniques, principles and

processes.

Compute cost estimates for materials, purchased

and/or leased equipment, subcontracted work,

production activities and requirements and labor.

Prepare preliminary estimates for planning purposes

and detailed itemized estimates based on final plans

and specifications.

Review data to determine material and labor

requirements and prepare itemized lists.

Project management - approach and solve job site

discrepancies.
