management of outside legal services, purchase and sale of retail and
non-retail properties, developing and maintaining a lease database
system, acquisitions, and litigation management. Coordinated Real Estate
due diligence for merger with Best Buy Company. I was retained as part
of the Key Employee/Post Merger Integration Program for the one year
period following the merger to coordinate the integration of Musicland's
real estate/legal group into Best Buy's Corporate Legal Department. My
position was eliminated as a result of the merger with Best Buy.
