quality audit to determine the cause and effects.
. Have determined the implementation of 'Average Costing' was not done
according to Oracle implementation standards, client does not have
month end procedures in place for Inventory
Reconciliation and the General Ledger had not been balanced since go
live in October 2003.
. Implementation and set up requirements and training for the client to
install Work in Process and Master Scheduling/ Planning in a Discrete
Environment. The client was on 11.5.3 for this install.
