custom homes ranging from 8k to 20k square feet. Provide all material
takeoffs for estimators and coordinators. Produce and maintain all
subcontractor,vendor and material delivery schedules.Review all engineering
and takeoffs provided by subcontractors and vendors. Submit and track all
notice of plans and specification changes. Meet with designers and
homeowners subcontractors and vendors to coordinate the work flow with in-
house vendors and subcontractors. Organize all files and keep daily log
books. Maintain a well-coordinated, organized, clean and progressive work
site. Verify all invoicing for each project and solve any discrepancies.

Responsible for production, supervision, training, budget, closings,
quality standards, warranty and customer service for twelve subdivisions in
Manatee, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties. Supervised fifteen
superintendents, four assistant superintendents and four warranty techs.
Quality walked fifty to sixty units per month. Maintained a seventy-five to
eighty-five percent production rate. Closed six hundred units for the year.
Kept warranty levels to ten active tickets per tech under thirty day
active. Performed hurricane damage inspections and directed the necessary
subcontractors and vendors to repair and/or replace damages.
