conversion to BAC PDB & BAC standards.

on mirrored z/OS systems during a disaster event or test.

1996-2006 Automation Analyst - Technical Lead, MBNA

. Technical Lead, responsible for configuration and maintenance of the

AutoOperator environment.

. Instrumental in all aspects of automation of the MBNA z/OS environment

using BMC's AutoOperator and Patrol products.

. Developed and lead automation team, educated team members, wrote

quarterly reviews.

. Designed, developed and implemented Data Transmission tracking system, a

system to track and log NDM transmissions for audit purposes.

. Team Lead that installed, configured and developed automation for MBNA's

remote data center, using IBM's SA390 automation product and GDPS. This

automation reduced disaster recovery time from 48 hours to 2 hours.

. Participated in management team that created and reviewed the change

control processes for automation team.

production automation changes met change control standards.

rooms and the UPS room.
