Developed, installed, and hosted Apache2 with Ruby-on-Rails and
Python/Django websites, databases, and applications on host Linux systems.
Installed and administered from the ground up, including analysis,

by back end relational databases and SQL queries. Managed legal information
via html and xml processing and hosted it on web sites.

Lincroft, NJ
Software Engineer, Lead Developer: Schedule management and lead software
development (UNIX, C, C++, source code control) for internet phone dialing
features. Scheduled project goals and coordinated simultaneous workflows in
the context of formal (ISO 9001) quality management policies. Engineered
and built Drupal/PHP, Perl, UNIX Shell web applications to coordinate
project schedules, to provide forums of communications, and to collect
employee progress reports. Two-time recipient of the Avaya Labs Cup Award,
bestowed upon the software development team voted to have contributed most
to Avaya's success in the fiscal quarter. Invented a dialing algorithm for
which Avaya submitted U.S. patent applications #10231597, #11403529. Co-
inventor on U.S. Pat. application #11107659. Employee.
1995 - 2000: (AT&T Spinoff) Lucent Technologies - Bell Labs, Whippany, NJ
Software Engineer, Consultant: Engineered and developed (INFORMIX SQL, 4GL,
ESQL, ACE, UNIX shell, C, C++, INFORMIX-TCL, Windows, Visual C++, Visual
Basic) major components of a Lucent software package that was distributed
to several communications companies nationwide. Provided Lucent with a
license to use my independently developed database testing tool.

1990 - 1995: AT&T, AT&T Business Communications Services, East Brunswick,
NJ
Software Engineer. Consultant: Lead developer of AT&T Credit and
Collections Systems, and sole developer of three key software processes in
the system. Heavy use of INFORMIX 4GL, ESQL, ACE, Windows, Unix, C, C++
Development.
Architected, designed and developed proprietary state of the art database
validation system. Designed and developed a sophisticated noise-tolerant
fuzzy logic customer address search and matching system used by AT&T
Billing and Collections. (Under my corporation, International Software
Systems, Inc, At my office in Matawan, NJ, I worked a contract with AT&T
North Carolina circa 1990-1991, then I joined AT&T BCS as a contract
programmer until July 1995).
1984 - 1988: AT&T Bell Labs, Holmdel, NJ - Contract Software Engineer; C,
Awk, Shell. 1982 - 1984: Founded Video Exersystems, Inc to develop and
market my patent #4,512,567; 1980 - 1982: MTS at AT&T Bell Labs,
Piscataway, NJ - Human Factors/Usability Engineer and Software Developer as
an employee.
