RELATED PROJECT INVOLVEMENT

Partial list of clients and projects provided with consulting and

construction services:

( US Navy - Key West NAS - Multiple buildings & bases

I developed a spread sheet to monitor submittal process,

scheduling of labor and material to task. Tracking work

progress/completion in over 200 structures throughout several bases. I

prepared reports for Production and QC for the Navy.

( US Navy --- Pensacola NAS -- STARBUCKS Coffee Shop

I supervised installation of new spread concrete footer,

monolithic concrete foundation wall and floor slab, metal frame

exterior wall with brick veneer, wood roof trusses with plywood

sheathing and standing seam steel roof with site development and

landscape. Coordinated sub contractor and base public works to

complete the taping into existing high voltage underground electrical

vault with new PVC duct. Extended the new PVC ducts to where new

location of concrete transformer pad. Then placed concrete encasing

the new PVC ducts in concrete. Backfill and place concrete for new

transformer pad. Install new stainless steel transformer Pulled new

conductor thru PVC duct, then tap into the existing high voltage

conductors. Energize new transformer for new building with provision

for future power connections. I prepared reports for Production and QC

for the Navy.

( Frazier School District- Perryopolis, PA- Design and built new clean

room for IT Dept, New Light and Sound Control Booth in Auditorium.

Redesign public access into Elementary Schools, Improvements to

Administration offices, and various other improvements.
