underway on NC54 and I-40 Intersection. This is a 14 acre commercial

subdivision that includes a mix of retail, hospitality and office

components. Project includes Wingate Inn & Suites, McDonalds and

Sheetz.

. Worked on several key aspects of the project from cost estimation,

scheduling to project execution.

. Interfaced between the site contractors, building contractors, city

planning, developer leadership and franchise companies.

. Responsibilities include preparation of bid documents, Top of Form

estimation, review of drawings and developing project budget

. Responsible for proposals, planning, organizing, coordinating and

awarding subcontracts and execution of the contract to obtain

anticipated job quality, effective cost control and compliance with job

schedule.

. Reviewing monthly contractor pay estimate and Confirm merit of change

order request, develop estimates, negotiate cost and write change

orders.

. Carrying out site visits in order to assist in preparing daily reports

of the works and or Subcontractors activities

. Assist the Project Manger to manage project costs to assure that

budgets are maintained. Document and manage changes in the work to

secure the interests of the entire project.

. Assist PM in acquiring Building Permits and work closely with the City

to ensure that project fulfills the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)

of the Project.
