. Conduct annual Employee Engagement surveys and work with the VP of HR

. Conduct new hire orientations and process new hire paperwork; enter

new hires into e-verify to ensure employment eligibility

. Facilitate UCG's on-boarding program, meeting with new hires after 30

and 60 days to ensure 30- and 60-day objectives are set, as well as

following up with new hires to ensure their successful orientation to

the company.

. Perform HRIS duties such as running queries and data entry, creating
