I designed, built and deployed Windows 2003 servers to function in a
workgroup environment or single server networks. These were located in 5
regional offices and 12 work sites with approximately 95 users. I
configured and maintained a library of computer workstation images used for
cloning. I was responsible for help desk operations; email support, network
connection, user profiles, printing, software problems and hardware issues.
I was also responsible to maintain in good operating status all the
peripherals that comprise a network, including but not limited to routers,
printers, scanners, copiers and plotters. I designed and implemented a
backup strategy that was used in our remote offices. I trained and
supervised the backup operators at these sites. I was responsible for the
training conferences in all areas of set up and tear down with all the
audio visual, computer, power point presentations and overall production
for the conferences. I also supported all our cell phone users operating
