Area Manager/Director of Operations-Staffing Services, Inc. - opened 3 new
staffing agency branches in St. Joseph County. Developed, promoted,
implemented, managed and maintained all human resource duties which
included all employee policies, procedures, practices, hiring documents and
forms, hiring, training, skill testing, payroll, benefits, workers comp and
unemployment . Recruited for all internal staff, training of staff and for
customer job opening which included: Professional placement;
administrative, technical, skilled labor and unskilled for direct hire,

the operations of three branch offices. Conducted staff meetings. Extensive
involvement and membership with local SHRM organizations to assist in
