PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
I not only bring extensive experience and troubleshooting skills, but also
people skills and common sense. I started my career in 1996, and completed
a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management in 1998. My career
has covered a broad range of technologies. This makes designing,
installing, managing and troubleshooting enterprise systems second nature.
So even though I have spent the last few years specializing in Exchange, I
have strong skills in many other technologies. I am considered very hands-
on and enjoy meeting and surpassing technical goals. I believe I would be
a strong addition to any team.

was documented and consolidated. Other projects performed for the
client include off-site disaster recovery of both Active Directory
and Exchange data, Windows Mobile E-Mail Messaging, and Outlook
over Internet (RPC-over-HTTPS), and DoubleTake Replication
software.

Exchange and AD Domain Migration/Merge
Apr 2007 - Sept 2007
Assisted planning and migrating of two domains into one parent
domain due to a company merger. This included the tasks of
migrating user accounts, mailboxes, computer accounts, and running
security translations on servers before migration. The actual

Exchange Move Mailbox Wizard, and manual intervention.

Exchange Clustering, Installation and Configuration
Nov 2005 - Apr 2007
Built Secure Clustered Exchange infrastructure with capacity for
7000 users. SMTP, OWA, and POPS/IMAPS were all moved onto their
own load-balanced pairs. Front-End and Back-End servers were each
put in their own ISA secured networks. Interoperability with
other systems using the same MX records (domain name) was one of
many requirements.

since the 1980's on a Radio Shack TRS-80. I also enjoy music and play
guitar and write lyrics/music with my daughter. In any other spare time I
spend time with my family and fly RC model helicopters.
