PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

I not only bring extensive experience and troubleshooting skills, but also

people skills and common sense. I started my career in 1996, and completed

a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management in 1998. My career

has covered a broad range of technologies. This makes designing,

installing, managing and troubleshooting enterprise systems second nature.

So even though I have spent the last few years specializing in Exchange, I

have strong skills in many other technologies. I am considered very hands-

on and enjoy meeting and surpassing technical goals. I believe I would be

a strong addition to any team.
