Work History

I have worked as a full time practitioner in California since 1985. I was

in private practice in Irvine from 1985-2005. During these years I built

two offices; my first office was a group solo and the second office from

2000-2005 I was solo. I had 1-3 associates during this time to help me run

the facility.

My office was a six op practice, four treatment ops and two hygiene ops. We

were running paperless throughout with the Dentrix Software networked. Also

incorporated was Dexis Digital X-ray. We had a total of 13 Computers that I

maintained on my own.

The type of dentistry was basically high end, with a fair number of PPO

patients. I was most proficient at; restorative, crown and bridge, molar

endo, cosmetics direct and indirect, anterior veneers, and plenty of oral

surgery with third molars up to mesio angular impactions.

I am also trained on Cerec 3 and have done many units. I am comfortable

managing and running the office, staffing, computers, and motivational

skills. After building a second office in Irvine within a year we went over

the 1M mark in collections. I sold this practice in 2006 and then did some

associate work for my buyer. I took a year off to manage a real estate

business which has been sold. I purchased another practice in Utah in 2007

and then sold this office in 2009. I am looking for other opportunities and

I am also interested in a buy in option over time, if the conditions are

right. I am currently licensed and insured in California, Utah and Canada.
