Vice President-Construction Lending-IndyMac Bank 1996-2004

Worked a variety of increasingly responsible positions including Liaison

for Countrywide Builder Services

Division and Commercial Lending for VIP customers. Also responsible for

the origination of multi-family,

model and speculative homes, sub-division and Business-to-Business

lending programs. Fielded all program

related questions from both retail and wholesale customers and monitored

all construction loans originated in

Home Builder Division to ensure compliance with IndyMac and FDIC

statutory requirements.

1992-1996

Commercial Loan Officer supervising a staff of two. Involved in all

aspects of commercial lending to small business and high net worth

individuals including physicians, attorneys and certified public

accountants. Provided working capital, term loans, letters of credit and

real estate loans.

Vice President/Manager Bank of California

1990-1992

Accountable for the complete operation and fiscal oversight of loan

production, deposit gathering, and bank operations including budgeting,

goal-setting, personnel and expense control. Also responsible for new

1990

Began work as a teller and steadily advanced to the position of Vice

President/Manager with responsibilities similar to those at the Bank of

California including full branch management and Private Banking. Worked

in Corporate Headquarters as a Credit Officer in Special Assets in

collection of all phases of credits. Represented the bank in court

actions.
