1. Programming: Development of Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology
"Data Integrity and Tracking" Access database applications.
2. Medical Data Analysis & Interpretation: Creation of comprehensive
tools.
3. Assisted with the Fiscal 2007 and 2008 Budgets for a $100 million
business.
4. Using programming, created several "fully automated" applications to
facilitate an analysis of information spread across various hospital
databases. A comparison of line item data contained in VARIS, IDX,
and Eagle Billing was able to identify many millions of dollars worth
of unbilled CPT 'transactions'.
5. Studies using Precision BI / IDX to evaluate CPT trends and
characteristics intrinsic to treating Med Onc and Rad Onc ICD-9
disease sites.
6. Physician and Practice Performance CPT/RVU Matrix.
7. Study of the departmental relationships over time of physician
referrals, identifying opportunities to increase regional market
penetration in important target areas such as Breast, Prostate, Head
and Neck, and GU.
8. Created a full spectrum of financial tracking products to monitor and
analyze invoices, evaluate line item flow details, track collections,
and perform transaction/denial analysis.

Op, etc.), Therapy (Radiation, Chemotherapy, etc.) and Outcomes
(Current Tumor Status, Quality of Life, etc.).
11. Responsible for collecting and analyzing medical and financial data
from multiple sources and
developing comprehensive reports and statistical information to be
used by management.
12. For a retreat by senior hospital management, prepared a detailed
report on all key clinical and financial trends taking place in the
Med Onc and Rad Onc practices during the prior ten years. Here is an
e-mail from the then Director of Medical and Clinical Oncology: "This
package is AMAZING! Thank you so much for your thoughtful and thorough
presentation and analysis of our business. I am eager to share this
information with the Cancer Center leaders to guide and drive
strategic planning discussions and stimulate ACTION for improvements
