Reporting to the CEO and to the stakeholders, defined new product strategy.
In partnership with the company's ower, identify opportunities and risks
for delivering the company's products (software), including identification
of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of
marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success.
Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for delivering the
company's services & products. Lead strategic planning to achieve business
goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting
timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all products.
Participate as a member of the board team in establishing governance
processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved,
risks are managed appropriately and the organization's resources are used
responsibly, particularly in the areas of software development, office
networks and computers, and telecommunications.

2005-2008 : Program Manager
AIRBUS - Toulouse, France
Trained to Generic Project Process (GPP): Airbus Project Management
Methodology (a complete methodology to manage IS projects), to ITIL, to
Negotiation Skills.
Manage 3 projects simultaneously and pilot 3 project leaders, 22 people
closely involved, provide stakeholders with project status and outlook for
success, and recommend project improvements on processes and technical
architecture.
Achievements:
Manage from start to completion two SAP R/3 projects and a SaaS Web2.0
application: 22 people closely involved in these projects.
Improve (internal) client satisfaction by changing of supplier as there
were major issues on the quality of deliverables and timing. Organize
workshops with the client to review some needed functions not totally
implemented before my arrival. Initiate and organize workshops with IT
teams to fix technical issues on production platforms. Initialize support
with Service Desk team. Improve Service Level.

2002-2005: Project Manager

For AIRBUS web portals application. Managed 25-man team internals and
externals.
As Sopra's employee, wrote proposals in response to RFP and win new
contracts from private business sectors. Managed multiple contracts and
negotiate new teams for contract extension. Participated in project and
planning, budgeting, and requirement analysis. Documented functional and
technical specifications. Worked with IT team in technical design and
deployment.
Achievements:
Improved client satisfaction and relationship : Restructured the project
organization to reduce validation processes and time to fix bugs.
1999-2002: Product Manager
ACCESS COMMERCE - Toulouse, France
Led a 6-man team, recruited people, designed and developed the internal EAI
solution, worked with american/english/german partners (like QAD -MFG/PRO
editor- and SAP) and foreign customers.
Achievements: Developed a business strategic and innovant product from
zero, Supported sales teams, Helped integrate our solution into SAP R3 and
MFG-PRO ERPs and finalized partnerships,Finalized a strategic application
to interface third applications with our CRM solution.
1998-1999: Project Manager

Achievements: developed R&T simulator for aircraft. Proposed and redesigned
the core module of simulator (scheduler) as it could not support extensions
(with SADT methodology) - real-time coding.Improved quality of application
