I have the position of Regional Sales Manager for Studio Italia Design. I have
worked for Studio Italia Design for the past year. Within this past year I have
increased sales by approximately 22%. Studio Italia Design is high-end lighting
made in Italy. In the United States their sales are approximately 5 million a year.
Prior to Studio Italia Design I held the position of National Sales Manager for
Dabmar Lighting Inc. I held the position of National Sales Manager for a year.
Within this year I increased there sales by approximately 17%. Dabmar is a small to
midsize company manufacturing landscape and architectural outdoor lighting, with
annual sales of approximately 6 million dollars.
Prior to taking the sales position with Dabmar I co-owned Lurie Lighting a lighting
representation agency in Riverside and San Bernardino County. I was an independent
sales representative with Lightolier for four years with ending sales of upward 1.4
million dollars annually. Prior to Lightolier I was a representative of Hubbell
Lighting for six years with ending sales of 1.5 million annually.
I have extensive knowledge of the lighting industry from inside sales, including
customer service, orders, and quotes. Outside sales, including sales calls with
architects, designers, engineers, contractors, wholesale distributors, showrooms
and end-users. I have truly found my position as a lighting sales manager with both
prior management experience in the wholesale and retail industry, and years of
lighting sales.
