. Project Manager for large disaster related commercial reconstruction

projects. Duties included securing site after loss, forensic

estimating and establishing insured scope of work for pricing.

Establishing itemized job cost. Negotiating with insurance companies

and subcontractors to contract work for reconstruction. Coordinate

all finishes and code compliance upgrades required. Establish project

schedules, Q.A.& Q.C. and final insurance claim close out.

Projects:

Hyatt Regency Spindle Top Restaurant: 1.5 million Restoration of the

exterior and interior of the Spindle Top Restaurant. Worked with the

client to establish cost and code compliance upgrades required for

reconstruction efforts.

Greenway Plaza: 2 million Hurricane Ike emergency recovery effort. Window

and entry secure. Common areas and tenant clean up and restoration.

Helped with insurance claim and tenant claim recovery efforts.

Blanco Apartments: 4 million abatement and reconstruction of existing low

income housing project for the San Antonio Housing Authority. 100 units, 4

floor complete MEP over haul, new finishes and code upgrades.

2 Houston Center: 3.5 million Multi Floor reconstruction of fire damaged.

Project require full floor demo. and abatement. Full MEP re-build. Tenant

finish out & Common area reconstruction.

2003 to 2007:

Drymalla Construction,

Columbus, Texas

. Project Manager in charge of multiple C.M.R. public school projects.

Duties included pre-bid conferencing, bid review and qualifying,

contract negotiating, submittals, job coordination meeting,

scheduling & close-outs.

Projects:

Sweeny High School Additions and Renovations: 4 million renovation to an

existing facility. working with school district and contractors to value

engineer project to meet client's budget.

Jordan Ranch / Power House Church: 3 Million dollar religious retreat in

Schulenburg, Texas. Working with Cutright & Allen & Power House Church to

create a feasible project.

Brazoswood High School: 10 mil remodel of existing campus during school.

Complete MEP over haul and finish replacement. 65, 000 s.f. addition of a

science wing. Complete entry fa ade replacement.

Brazosport High School: 28 mil remodel of existing campus during school.

250,000 s.f. addition of new campus facility and 100,000 remodel.

Lanier Middle School: 300,000.00 MEP upgrades.

Athletic Package: 2.5 mil additions of three tracks, 2 baseball fields,

renovation of football fields.

Cinemark Theaters: Completed multiple theaters in South Texas area.

. Project Manager for international disaster response team. Responsible

for flying into disaster areas and establishing emergency repairs to

facilities for Insurance companies. Performed estimating, contractor

locating/qualifying, solicitation of bids and quality control of

project from start to owner's acceptance.

Mahogany Run Condos / St. Thomas V.I.: 80 mil resort reconstruction project

located in St. Thomas V.I. rebuilding 112 condo units.

Meadox Laboratories / Oakland N.J.: 5 mil germ free environmental facility

reconstruction project resulting from snow load failure to roof.
