. Orchestrated a $20.6 million inventory reduction over 30 month period
(52% reduction), while maintaining on time shipment percentage.
. Designed and directed the start up of a manufacturing plant in
Sihanoukville, Cambodia (September 2002 - February 2003). Trained

Designed and directed the start up of a manufacturing plant in

Set up modular work cells in each manufacturing facility to optimize
the existing inventory to reduce WIP material needs.
Developed demand forecast planning system to accurately plan inventory
