Project Description:
US is specialized in home, auto, farm and business
insurance. The data was not an integrated data. There are multiple
disparate sources for information about the company's products, customers
and distribution channels. I was engaged in extraction, cleansing,
transformation, integration and loading of data into warehouse (oracle
tables).
Responsibilities:
V Involved in Designing Data Stage Jobs using Data Stage Parallel
Extender, Supporting all phases of the ETL process such as
implementing Source to Target.
V Created jobs to move data from Source to Staging Area and
Staging Area to Warehouse.
V Designed jobs using different parallel job stages such as Join, Lookup,
Filter, Dataset, Remove Duplicates, Modify, and Aggregator.
V Used Data Stage Manager to export and import the Projects and
Components.
V Used Data Stage Director to execute and monitor the jobs.

Project Description:
The Kasikorn Bank is one of the leading banks
in Thailand by providing a Wide Range customer - driven banking services.
Mobilizes local and external financial resources through current, saving
and fixed term deposits. Provides short, medium and long-term commercial
credit in the form of overdrafts, term loans. Provides housing, mortgage
loans, investment loans, Personal Loans, credit card and safe-deposit
lockers etc.
The bank's initial goal is to pool data from all the locations and
integrate at the central location and build the capability to analyze the
business (present and history) depending on various criteria, while the
ultimate goal is to offer effective and additional services to customers.
This Migration project deals with building EDW by integrating historical
data from DWH and on-going data from different legacy systems. This DWH-M
can be used to generate granular, aggregate level reports which can be used
by the managers and users which helps the organization to analyze and track
the vital business dimensions.
Responsibilities:
. Working on Data Stage Designer - for Extracting Source
Transactional Database and transforming and then load into Target
Database.
. Used Sequential file, DB2, Join, Sort, Lookup, transformer, file
set, dataset, change capture, filter, modify for designing the
jobs in the Data Stage Designer.

Project Description:
The Cisco Data Warehouse (CDW), now the
Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), has evolved through an Enterprise
Architecture initiative to enable subscribing systems to report consistent
numbers as recipients of data from the EDW. This initiative is ERBI -
Enterprise Reporting Business Intelligence, which enables reporting
applications to receive "Single Source of Truth" (SSOT) measures from EDW.
Data warehouses can enable subscribing systems to report consistent numbers
only if they are all pointing to the data warehouse.
CISCO Data Warehouse can be broadly divided into 6 different tracks, which
are as listed below.

3. Marketing
4. Internal
5. Customer & Sales
6. Product & Services
Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), refreshes 3 times a day, from order
management information from Oracle ERP source systems.

Windows XP.
Description: Eritel provides national level Telecommunication services
and offers local fixed line telephone services, domestic long distance
services, international voice services, and data transmission services, as
well as other value-added services such as the provision of Internet access
and mobile phone networks. Similarly, the supply, manufacture, installation
and servicing of telecommunications and broadcasting equipment. CRM enables
an insight into the current and future financial situation/needs based on
the information received from the Data Warehouse and an effort to expand
telecommunications services to the rural and remote parts of the country.
Responsibilities:
. Creating the Server jobs based on the requirements using DataStage.
. Created mappings Using Data Stage Designer from source to Staging and
staging to target Data Warehouse.
. Integrated Sources from Oracle and Flat Files
. Improved performance using Hash files, link partitioner, link
collector.
