Responsible for the training of 400+ hourly and supervisory associates.
Developed training material in order to incorporate new employees into the
plant, as well as created CDM/FME implementation for current employees.
Developed and provided training for the entire plant on New Vision,
Compass, Core Values and Norms program to foster direction and stronger
relationships between departments. Documented all training material and
archived it for plant audits.

. Co-developed the computer training for the entire plant for SAP
& Globe launch

process for our plant

Managed 300+ associates that produced over 73 million pounds of candy
yearly across 3 shifts. Hired and developed 200+ employees in order to

company production objectives and strategies on a yearly basis, as well as
assisting in all third party and corporate audits. Developed a cohesive
team among all employees and departments through continuous communication

Safety and Ergonomic teams and developed new safety measures. Maintained a
union free environment within the plant through constant communication and
feedback of the hourly and management staff.
