and escrow orders daily. Orders are received from all major lenders as well as numerous brokers. Service’s are provided
for all states. FHA, VA, and conventional products. Negotiation of fee’s to create a greater margin. Supervise all
employees under me, as well as training any new employees. Implement new policies and procedure’s, problem solve,

Review of final appraisal reports, maintaining a daily pipeline for follow up, payment, and ETA’s, submit final appraisal

HSS I
am the main contact for the broker. I am responsible for effectively managing the customer's experience for a portfolio of
wholesale mortgage loans within a very dynamic, fast-paced environment. Duties: analyze loan documentation, approve
conditions within my authority, recommend solutions to certain loan issues, and maintain a high level of customer service
by being proactive in communicating with the broker and account executives. Ensure accurate, complete and timely loan
data on
the internal system. Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements. Maintain knowledge of BofA mortgage policies

Doc Drawer - Working a daily pipeline ran internally by work flow coordinators. Doc drawer duties: pull loan# from
pipeline report, review all necessary docs, prelim, appraisal, hazard insurance, property taxes, GFE (review all fees), Doc
order request and application. After reviewing, input accurate information into the internal system. Send docs to escrow
for signature of borrower/borrower's. Taking phone calls/emails externally and internally to work with employees and
customers to maintain efficient turn around times and customer excellence. Maintaining communication with all parties
(broker, processor, escrow officer, and underwriter) involved in the process at all times. Worked with FHA, VA, and
conventional loans.

Funding Specialist - As a funder at Financial Freedom I obtained many roles. As the department received in loan
packages, I must check out a minimum of 10 loans per day for review. As I review the file, I must compare any and
all information with GPS and the loan packages. In my review of the file I am to make sure every document is signed
and dated correctly. I also must receive any and all information regarding outstanding conditions that may or will
hold up funding of the loan. Once
every condition has been met and I have reviewed the file completely, I must then set up the wire for disbursement.
This whole process is made possible, due to communicating with Escrow teams, Correspondents/Brokers and
RMS’s.
