This Project was an initiative aimed at reducing complexity,

terminating inefficiencies by enhanced automation and improving speed. The

Workflow was a sub-project of the program tasked with implementing a

technology-based solution for Enrollment processing. The project involved

deploying Smart Investigate for Payments of its US Dollar Clearing and

Foreign Exchange business. The Smart Investigate application provided for a

more efficient way of automating the payments while also adding more

flexibility in the billing system application. The framework helped in

addressing exception-related customer services.

Responsibilities:

. Worked with the Project Managers, Business Le ads, and Business

Analysts to define business requirements for designing, testing, and

building Pegasystems solutions to meet those requirements.

segment. This system enables brokers to submit a submission and obtain a

quote instantaneously in real time. Once accepted, the broker is then able

to bind the transaction and generate a binder letter indicating coverage in

real time.

Responsibilities:

. Worked with line of business to evolve existing production processes

to comply with new government and corporate regulations.
