Dresser is one of the world’s leading providers of mission - critical applications in the global energy
infrastructure. With more than 6,000 employees in 100 countries throughout the world, it services the
natural gas and energy industry providing high tech applications to defense, transportation and industrial
industries.
- Developed and managed the operations budgets for the procurement, planning and scheduling,
materials, assembly, environmental, health and safety, shipping, receiving, training and import/export
compliance departments. Monitored working capital, labor, freight, tooling and fixtures, repairs and
continual improvement projects.
- Responsible for compliance with ANSI, DOT specifications required for energy and import/export
regulations required by Homeland Security and US Customs. Administrator for environment and safety
requirements including employee safety, incident recording and reporting, OSHA regulations,
hazardous waste, air and water quality permits.
- Manager and project leader for goal deployment projects (GDP), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
and employee training to meet facility and corporate goals. Responsible to develop plans, forecast
required resources, monitor activities and communicate results to management team and corporate

project leader for a successful ISO 14001 implementation.

in 28 countries, Owens Corning is a market-leading innovator of glass fiber technology with sales of $4.8
billion in 2009.

- Hired as a “turn around agent”, simultaneously managed two facilities with $39 million annual sales
and combined staff of 239 employees. By engaging employees, quickly corrected issues that adversely
affected profit, morale, quality and delivery within the organization and quickly bringing the facilities out
of the red.

Responsible for budgeting, capitol investments, process improvement, EHS, customer satisfaction,
inventory control, assembly, quality, and operational success of the facility.
- Delivered strong sustainable growth of 30% annually by utilizing performance improvement
practices, brand recognition, developing and leading cross functional teams. Strengthened customer
relationships by on time delivery and traveling with regional sales managers, provide technical
knowledge, and solidify customer relationships.
