APM (APPLICATION PROFILE MANAGEMENT)
Application Portfolio Management (APM) is the discipline by which an organization inventories and maintains its
application software holdings. APM is used to maintain application attributes like business classification,
business/technical owner, etc., it also assesses the functional and technical quality of applications based on
current business drivers, technical infrastructure, as well as maintenance costs associated with supporting
applications that MasterCard develops.

This site is dedicated to promoting the discipline of application portfolio management within MasterCard
by consolidating information about our entire application base into a single, centralized, definitive source. This
site is the conduit to support the APM process by providing users and application owner’s access to timely,
accurate, and uniform application information.
Change Control Form (CCF OnLine)
The Change Control Form online application (CCF Online) is designed to track, schedule, and notify affected
groups about a pending production environment change. The process tracks a change through five steps:
Draft, Distribution, Approval, Implementation, and Closure. Users of the system may view the status of online
change forms at any time, while update access is limited to specific CCF participants.
QUICK FORMS
Quick Forms is an automated solution that streamlines business processes. Quick Forms will help create a form
and wrap the required activities around it. Instead of using Word documents and e mailing attachments, quick
forms uses web delivered e mail form that triggers specific, sequential responses from the users.

Project Name : AUTOMATE
Client : GE Consumer Banking
Description: Automate is a Workflow application that automates the payout process. The application
routes faxed images from one associate to another through the digitized process for processing of the
agreement thus helps in tracking the status of the agreement at any stage of the process. The system
operates by using Fax Server that converts the fax into a tiff image. This reduces the paper work
thereby increasing the efficiency of the process.

Project Name : Titling Workflow
Client : GE Consumer Finance
Description: The Workflow application will poll dedicated folders for scanned documents coming via post mail.
These documents would have already been converted into images and routed to the destination folders with by
the Cobra Image Routing (CIR) Software. The workflow application will take all incoming faxes sent to Customer
Service and Collections dedicated fax numbers for the workflow application and also receive the documents
that were emailed into the respective email addresses and convert them into images. The images will eliminate
the need for printing faxes and the going around to several people for important documentation and will be
visible on agents’ desktop monitors. Domino workflow will route the images from Queue to Queue or
Department to Department for processing as well as tracking the status of each request in the process. Anyone
so authorized will be able to view the status of any request in the system through an Intranet connection.
