production, productivity, quality, and customer
service strategies, design systems for mission
accomplishment; accumulate resources resolve
problems; implement change. Develop organization
strategies by identifying and researching human
resource issues; contribute information, analysis,

and direction; establish human resources objectives
in line with U. S. Navy and DoD organization,
department accountabilities, including talent
acquisition staffing, employment process, entitlement
compensation, health and welfare benefits, training
development, records management, safety and health,

and change of and shore based Naval billets. Guide
staff actions by researching developing, writing,
updating policies procedures. Use computer based
models (Windows word, XP, Excel) to determine the
proper accession, retention, advancement opportunity
and fiscal year end strength numbers; variances of
military pay developing action plans; measuring and
analyzing results; initiating. Coordinate special
personnel evaluations; serve as liaison with command
representatives and Department of Defense agencies on
issues of personnel retention, emergency personnel
issues and mission goals.
