Overview: Reviewed sales contracts and customer specifications for accuracy

and deliverability, gathered and supplied technical specs to Engineering

for Submittals, negotiated Submittal revisions with customers, selected

vendors for issuing equipment POs, issued production and testing Work

Orders and created production schedules to ensure that equipment was

contract-compliant, delivered on time and

on budget.

Note: What separates me from most other Project Managers is my extensive,

practical technical experience that allows me to quickly see and

efficiently resolve errors by vendors or oversights by customers with

minimal impact to profitability.

. Finalized accounting, billed the customer and provided a Profit & Loss

report at project's end

Electromechanical
