Accomplishments
In 2008 & 2009 redesigned, built, and re-merchandised stores at Tanque Verde Ranch and Grand
View Lodge. Developed new assortment plans and bought and merchandised their four Golf Pro Shops,
developed e-commerce program for their Camp Lake Lincoln and Camp Hubert. Developed strong
logo and company brand programs.
Converted 8,000 square feet of meeting space into four individual shops in The Grove Park Inn
Resort & Spa’s “A Walk in the Park”. Responsible for format, design, construction, assortment plan, all
budgets, purchasing, merchandising, and visual presentations. This project from 2005 to 2008 came in
under budget and on time.
Responsible for the design of town buildings for Alys Beach, Florida. Decided Town Center mix of
stores. Responsible for the “feeling” of the town as far as signage, scale of buildings, landscaping,
parking, water treatment, marketing and leasing. In 2006 redesigned the pool kitchen area, open
customer center, and health & fitness area.
In 2006, a gourmet market and an up-scale marine gift shop for Palmetto Bluff was designed, planned,
purchased, merchandised, and visually presented for the village and the marina.
Helped redesign 19 store for the South Seas Resort as part of their after-Hurricane rebuild.
From 2001 until 2004 directed the design, merchandising, visual presentation, staffing, sales planning,
and budget for 8 unique stores at Amelia Island Plantation with a projected 2004 sales volume of over
$7 Million. Stores included a Ladies and Men’s specialty store, Home Accessory and Gifts store,
Company Logo store, Deli and Gourmet store, Christmas store, Novelty and Ice Cream store,
Nature/Environmental store, upscale Hotel Boutique. This project included overseeing the
reconstruction of the vendors for the Golf and Tennis shops. Created luxury products and initiated
company-branded products for a four-star Spa. .

Started Duty-Free Company that had locations in the Caribbean and Central America in airports and
hotels, on cruise ships and airlines, for 15 stores and a total volume of $30 Million.
Operated and merchandised in-flight catalogue for TWA Airlines and the merchandised the Travel
Channel TV program.
Senior Vice President for May Department Stores (O’Neil’s Division) with a volume of $65 Million in
Sales. Sr. Vice President of Federated Department Stores (Jordan Marsh Florida Division)
overseeing the Home Furnishings Division that exceeded $150 Million in Sales.
