Designed/launched promotional campaigns: for example, established a

Planned / coordinated recruiting centers that had worldwide reach such as
setting up the very first Recruiting Operation Center in Kuwait and
implemented major recruiting campaigns over 100 installations located
throughout the Army worldwide.
Recruiting success examples further include: recruiting 135 candidates
within only two weeks as the first member of the company elite Strike
Recruiting Team; recruiting a total of 200 in less than a year, doubling
the production over any other previous fiscal year, and achieving 112% of
all assigned projects.
