I managed all assets for two multinational manufacturers in the automotive, paper, packaging and medical

planning skills, I have lowered production costs, increased revenues and prepared very profitable exit strategies in

several instances. I am fluent in Dutch and German. Additionally, my skills include:

Developing and executing successful sales programs to maximize profits

Revitalizing under-performing business units

Translating global visions to meet organizational objectives

Capturing emerging opportunities and significantly increasing revenues

Establishing and executing profitable exit strategies for investors

My Masters Degree in Design and Development is from the College of Advanced Technology in the

Netherlands and my Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering was earned at the Christelijke Middelbare

Technische School in Holland. Being decisive, persistent and resourceful, I am known for my ability to get things

done quickly and marshal resources effectively.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Energized dormant e-Commerce enterprise. Competing against Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble, Christolex

web-based sales stagnated for preceding three years. Recruited and trained new CS staff and software

equipment and building. Went fully operational ahead of schedule and under budget.

Turned around industrial manufacturing plant. Michigan plant of Bielomatik failed to meet quality and production

targets, threatening customer base. Implemented QC controls and reduced equipment defects. Regained client

faith and trust. Turned $300K operating loss into $550K gain within six months.

Established successful sales and service organization. Kiefel Systems, capital equipment manufacturer, sought

to establish beachhead in the U.S. Assigned to start up new entity. Created marketing plan targeted at key

accounts, including GM, Ford, Saturn and others. Grew customer base and sales to $12M in 36 months.

Reduced production costs through offshoring contracts. Technoplast sought to reduce cost of semi-finished

products from Europe. Sourced and selected manufacturing plants in China. Negotiated production contracts,

transferring in-house technology to ensure quality standards. Reduced production costs 32%.
