Carrier Compliance Manager (1992 - June 1995)
Database Development & Administration -- Using Paradox for DOS, designed
and created database used to monitor and approve a motor carrier base of
over 4,000 trucking companies nationwide. Generated monthly list,
containing approval rating of carriers used in the truck brokerage and
intermodal drayage operations. This list was distributed to over 50
offices around the country. Designed a Paradox for DOS database for
Claims Department. This was used to facilitate complex intermodal claims
analysis, resolution and problem prevention by allowing manipulation of
such variables as problem routings and fragile commodities.
Billing Clerk/Claims Processor (1991 - 1992)
Hardware/Software Support -- Reduced field office billing time 50% and
eliminated field office clerks' problem calls after stream-lining forms
