period of time include an on time delivery improvement from 65% to 98%, a
major reorganization of an off site shipping warehouse, inventory reduction
from $2.5 million to $1.5 million, inventory accuracy improvement from 45%
to 87%.

Responsible for the activities of 125 associates. Through implementation of
lean manufacturing concepts and effective and efficient production
scheduling the following accomplishments were made in this period of time
which includes a 25 percent reduction in headcount, 90 percent reduction in
overtime, on time delivery improvement from 35 percent to 93 percent, PPM
improvement from 2345 to 750 PPM.

hourly employees. Major accomplishments achieved in this time period
include inventory reduction by $2.9 million, which reduced DIOH from 62 to
24. Improved on time delivery from 85% to 97.2% by implementing a
production scheduling process. Improved inventory turns from 5.9 to 13.3
through proper production and inventory control.

Responsible for the ordering of all material used in the manufacturing
process. Major commodities
include Steel ($10 million/year), Paint ($3 million/year), Butyl Rubber
($1.5 million/year),
Plastic ($1 million/year), and Corrugate ($1 million/year).
Responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly production and capacity
planning based on
forecasts.

Major improvements include, inventory reduction of 6 million dollars
through the implementation of
employee involvement and continuous improvement concepts of visual control
