Worked as an Instructional Design Analyst on courses internal to

Accenture's business operations. Responsibilities include:

. Creating original course documents and updating existing content

. Interviewing subject matter experts (SME) for content creation and

design needs as well as for existing content relevance and

applicability.

. Ensuring content was built to course specifics as well as the

principles of instructional design theory and cognitive load.

. On average, managing the creation of one presentation per week with an

average of 5 SME feedback edits per presentation, including the

attendant job aids for faculty and participants.

2009

Worked as an Instructional Designer on Kaplan Higher Education's Medical

Office Specialists (MOS) Course. My primary work was to update the

existing MOS Course in accordance with Kaplan's methodology and

Instructional Design principles. Responsibilities included:

. Conducted analysis of the Medical Office Specialist content with

Kaplan's National Curriculum Advisory Committee (NCAC) to determine

what content was obsolete, what needed to remain, and what new content

needed to be added.

. Collected existing lesson plans and instructor resource guides, and

compiled the information into strategic guides for making the NCAC

recommended changes.

. Worked on a strategic plan to implement a major change to the medical

coding content in order to begin making the school instruction

compliant with a 2012 requirement.

Worked as an Instructional Design Analyst on Accenture's Core Schools

Development Team. My primary work was on the LoR 4 Senior Executive

School, a weeklong, quarterly delivered school focused on Personal

Leadership, Improving and Managing the Client Relationship, Networking and

. Interviewed subject matter experts for content creation and design

needs as well as for existing content relevance and applicability.

. Created essential preparation material for faculty and participants,

as well as observing and documenting the pilot delivery of the new

70 interrelated school documents.

. Created and delivered a two day preparatory training course for the

Senior Executive faculty of the LoR 4 School.

. Collected and collated the daily feedback from 200+ participants for

post-school review.

ensure the school logistics ran smoothly.
