Field Secretary. Complete jobsite coordination from answering phones,
scheduling subcontractors, tracking equipment, materials, budgets,
scheduling inspections, pulling permits, and close-out documentation books.
Created several forms and procedures that were incorporated into the Field
Secretary Manual and later taught to other field secretaries. As a result
of the phenomenal team work and success on my first project, I was asked to
join my team on out of town jobs. I was the only field secretary ever asked
to do so. Later promoted to corporate office as Project Secretary. This is
where I began to learn the interaction between project accounting and
construction activities.
