Senior Business Systems Analyst

GAB Robins is a global claims management company providing loss-adjusting

and third party administration services, helping clients manage the total

cost of risk by developing and implementing workers' comp, general

liability, auto and property claims management programs while processing

close to $1 billion worth of claims.

. Working with the GMs of Sales and Operations in compiling revenue and

claim count projections by lines of business. Analyzing operating results

against prior year, budget and forecast to understand key drivers of

significant variances. Utilizing adhoc SQL to extract the information

from Oracle.

. Presented the business case to senior management to automate the complete

budgeting and forecasting process for all GAB's domestic and global

affiliates. Led the effort by using Essbase and Clarity (created

. Designed and implemented ETL procedures to extract the GL (from

the Year 2000.

documentation and end-user training. Used Crystal Reports extensively in

Chase Manhattan Bank, Bombay, India

The System generates Document Credits from Drawee Banks to the Client

Banks. This application accepts documents from Exporter's Client Banks (all

over India) at Chase Manhattan (Bombay), which are then verified. An

acceptance telex goes to the respective client banks with the appropriate

credits. TTS (Transaction Tracking System) was used to control

transactions. The system was used in Chase branches all over India and

Pakistan.
